The Authentic Arabian Horse and His Descendants by Lady Wentworth

Here are photos and information about this rare book.  The book shown below has already sold, but you may find the same book (perhaps in even better condition) via the above link.  Also, at the bottom of this post, I’ve linked to where you can buy other editions.  This is a highly sought after book.  The value varies a lot depending on condition and maybe pure luck.  According to Collected Books by Allen and Patricia Ahearn,  the 1945 edition with dustjacket is valued at $1250 and the 1963 edition is valued at $300.

These photos are of the 1962 revised edition, published by George Allen & Unwin Ltd in London.  It has 213 Plates in half-tone and 39 plates in colour, and many diagrams in the text.   The full title is:
