According to Collected Books by Allen and Patricia Ahearn, the 1945 edition with dustjacket is valued at $1250 and the 1963 edition is valued at $300.
These photos are of the 1962 revised edition, published by George Allen & Unwin Ltd in London. It has 213 Plates in half-tone and 39 plates in colour, and many diagrams in the text. The full title is:
